You join one of the most prestigious academic communities for the study and research of Communication Sciences in Latin America, with over 45 years of experience forming communication professionals. This program gives you the option of earning a second undergraduate degree: by taking additional courses you can choose a second major in Journalism and Public Communication, Advertising and Strategic Communication, or Communication Sciences. You work with researchers who belong to the National System of Researchers and the Mexican Academy of Sciences.

WHAT DO YOU STUDY?
In Communication and Audiovisual Arts you dig deeply into your own creativity and expressive capacities in order to produce audiovisual narratives that make a difference.
You learn to design and produce audiovisual products in different genres and formats such as documentaries, fictional cinema, experimental expression, animation, etc. You work with the latest technologies and learn how to use them to communicate stories in the mass media, on traditional or digital platforms, in order to offer society greater insight into its reality.
