Nanotechnology Engineering
Classroom modality
RVOE as set forth in Ministerial Agreement SEP 15018, dated 29/11/76.
Innovate in a big way at the smallest level.
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
Innovating and creating, using technology, applying mathematics and physics, analyzing and studying natural phenomena at the nano level, and studying science.
BY STUDYING AT ITESO
You join a highly specialized academic community in a program that sparks your creativity and your capacity for innovation.
You take part in multidisciplinary work groups in high-tech engineering labs, where you analyze and transform industrial production systems in Mexico.
WHAT DO YOU STUDY?
In Nanotechnology Engineering you develop technology by modifying the geometrical arrangement of the atoms that make up a given material. You learn principles and experimental techniques for understanding, characterizing, manipulating and exploiting the properties of materials. You gain in-depth knowledge of the engineering sciences, physics and mathematics in order to create and innovate products using nanomaterials. You work in labs with cutting-edge equipment and technology to manufacture and characterize nanostructures with novel properties.
