THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN
Taking care of people, customer service, strategic management of service-related businesses, learning about new cultures, speaking foreign languages, and developing business projects with an ethical and sustainable focus.
BY STUDYING AT ITESO
You join a new program that shares a common core with the university's other business programs, offering a humanistic, sustainable and well-rounded formation aimed at establishing a culture of quality and service. From the first semester you will undertake your formation in a bilingual, international program, leading to exchange programs and internships at businesses that have collaboration agreements with ITESO. You will develop skills in five service areas: accommodations, travel, food and drinks, health and welfare, and event organization, with an ongoing focus on the local environment, social impact, sustainability, optimal use of resources, and environmental responsibility.
WHAT DO YOU STUDY?
You will learn to develop alternative proposals with significant social impact for receiving, accommodating, entertaining and transporting people on the basis of a critical understanding of society's current needs. You will learn to develop soft skills, i.e., professional competencies for dealing with people using effective communication and an orientation toward service, without losing sight of social and environmental considerations. You will learn to use tools that enhance your empathy for appreciating and working with other cultures.
