Global trade and business
Project local businesses into international markets
What do you study?
In Global Trade and Business you analyze markets and design effective commercial strategies to develop products for export, making decisions to ensure that they break into international markets and then secure a strong and durable market position.
You study strategies that consider multicultural, legal and commercial dimensions.
The study plan focuses on developing your entrepreneurial spirit so that you can start up your own business or reinforce projects at existing organizations.
You learn to work with innovative commercial intelligence tools that enable you to detect business opportunities and develop your global vision.
By studying at ITESO:
You join a study program known for its contributions to the field of foreign trade, accredited by the Accreditation Council for the Teaching of Accounting and Administration (Caceca, in its initials in Spanish).
The study plan includes internships at companies and foreign trade organizations, enabling you to take an active role in processes of international business and logistics.
To further your development in the field, you acquire valuable tools through trips, conferences, symposia, workshops, exchanges and complementary studies at other universities in Mexico and around the world.
You form part of the Jesuit University of Guadalajara
You sign on to the largest global university education project in history: Jesuit education, with over 450 years of experience at the forefront of thinking and action in the world.
You belong to a cohort of a million and a half students who study at 230 universities located on all the world's continents.
You take part in a local educational proposal that includes over 30,000 graduates; 12,000 current students; 2,000 professors, researchers and staff— an institution of higher education that aims to transform the region into a more equitable and cleaner place.
You learn in a stimulating student environment, on a green campus with smart buildings, open-air workspaces, bike racks, network services, athletic facilities, and a library with more than 530,000 printed items and over 170,000 items in its digital collection.
