Program director
José Carlos Rodríguez Romero, MA
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Seville, a master's degree in Management of Organizations in the Knowledge Economy from the Open University of Catalonia, and a master's degree in Strategic Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Making from the Rey Juan Carlos University and ESERP Business School, in Spain.
He is a delegate in Mexico for a Spanish technology and innovation center and an international trade technician for the Andalusian public agency for the internationalization of SMEs in Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.
