Dr. José Luis Pizano Escalante
He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications, from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (Cinvestav) at the Guadalajara unit of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN). He also holds a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from the University of Guadalajara (UdeG).
In 2007, he collaborated on the creation of a wireless telecommunications processor at Intel Labs. From 2014 to 2017, he was the technical lead for project 246062, "Comprehensive System for the Control of Personnel, Assets, and Sample Management at CFE-LAPEM," a technology development and transfer project for the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), within the framework of the Sectoral Fund for Research and Technological Development in Energy.
