Program director
Luis Fernando Gutiérrez Preciado, Ph.D
He holds a PhD and a Master of Science degree, specializing in Electrical Engineering, from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (Cinvestav) at the Guadalajara campus of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN). He also holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. He has experience collaborating on the development of innovative parallel processing technologies. He completed a research stay at the Computer Vision Laboratory at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. His areas of expertise are algorithms and web application development; he leads the research project "Graph Mining: Analysis and Visualization of Information Networks."
