Your program
Dr. Elsa Julieta Cedillo Elías
Has a distinguished academic and professional career, supported by extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. With an academic background that includes a doctorate and a master's degree in Information Technology, she is a candidate member of the National System of Researchers.
She holds a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering and has over 16 years of solid experience in data network administration. She has the ability to manage work teams and foster collaboration.
Conducts research focused on data transport in Smart Cities implemented in cloud services, with a transdisciplinary vision. Is an active member of the Mexican Academy of Computing and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
In addition, the Dr. has taught for two decades at both public and private institutions. She has also collaborated in postgraduate programs as a thesis advisor and tutor, as well as an academic assistant, where her activities include updating curricula; advising, tutoring, and monitoring students' academic progress and theses.
