Program director
Laura Estela Arias Hernández, Ph.D
Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Biotechnology (University of Jaén) and Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry-Biology applied to Food Technology (UAG). She has a specialization in Business Process Improvement (ITESO) and certifications in quality control for food, wine, spirits, and brewing technology. She has extensive experience in quality control, new product development, production line design, and labeling and export regulations.
