Reasons for studying

You acquire skills for translating written texts and interpreting oral discourse in English and in Spanish, while you learn a third language (French or German), thus broadening your professional opportunities.

Elsy Anaí Villegas Carvallo, MA
Master's degree in Translation and Interpreting (UAG) and Bachelor's degree in English Language (Universidad Veracruzana). Certified as a Translator (American Translators Association) and Expert Translator (Judicial Council of the State of Jalisco). She has collaborated with companies such as Google, IDB, and FOMIN, as well as with direct clients and national and international translation agencies, and with institutions such as UAG and Tec de Monterrey, teaching courses in general translation, legal translation, and interpreting. She has also held leadership positions as president (2017-2019) and vice president (2015-2017) in the Mexican Organization of Translators.
